I had the pleasure of working with Gwen in two different capacities: in a full-time setting and as a freelancer.

In the full-time setting, Gwen was one of a team of designers in the creative services department I ran for a large, public online direct marketing company. She was always a team player, very creative, fast on turnaround, took direction very well and produced outstanding work. At the time, I wished that I had had 5 more designers just like her.

As a freelancer, I have called on Gwen on a number of occasions to handle projects on short notice with high demands. Every single time, she rose to the occasion. One time, I was handling a client while I was traveling in Europe. Gwen worked with me on my schedule and made sure that the time difference didn't get in the way of our doing business and creating an excellent design for the client. (Gwen is also a very talented html coder, which has proven extremely helpful on many occasions.

Gwen is very easy to work with, sincere about her goals of customer satisfaction and a pleasure to do business with. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

I had been doing my own webpage for a few years and was really ready to "upgrade" to something a little more professional-looking, but I didn't know how to do it by myself. Gwen easily incorporated what I wanted with her own ideas into something that was easily navigated and beautiful to look at.

I have a photography site, and I wanted different icons to represent the different kinds of photography available. I had been searching endlessly and could find nothing that suited my needs. I explained to Gwen vaguely what I was looking for, and she was able to create icons for me that I absolutely loved and fit right in with the design on my site.

Gwen was easy to work with and responded to my requests quickly and professionally. Although I live in Los Angeles, I didn't even notice the 400-mile gap between us because she made it convenient to communicate with her via email and was easy to reach by phone. Because I do know a little HTML, I have been able to work on my site now that she has designed it, and she has been happy to give me tips and advice from time to time.

I really appreciated her ability to listen to what I wanted and make it a reality in a very short time.
